That is exactly what Carlos Arroyo did following being released by the Miami Heat after the Heat decided to go down a different path at the point guard position by signing Mike Bibby. With Rajon Rondo and Delonte West dealing with injuries, Danny Ainge brought Carlos Arroyo on board as a premium insurance plan for the point guard position.
