Found April 14, 2013 on Celtics Life:
Ok it's a Celtics blog, so normally you'd think we'd have articles biased towards the Celtics.  But I'll say it right here, right away: I personally don't anticipate the Celtics getting past Miami if and when they meet (and I do think it has a legit shot of happening).  But in talking about the first round series where the 7th seeded Celtics will take on the 2nd seeded Knicks.  Celts are underdogs, right?  Wrong.  Here's 5 reasons you should realize the Celtics will win this series. 5.  Three pointers.  Yes the Knicks make a lot.  They also take a lot.  Having watched NBA playoff basketball carefully for over 25 years I tell you this: it really is fool's gold.  You can win a round, or even two (ask the 02 Celtics) but ultimately it's a gimmick and you don't win a title on it.  In the playoffs, you're fully preparing for one team over the course of a couple of weeks.  Think the Celtics will know to close out on these guys at the line?  Better ...

Jason Terry has bothersome legs, Paul Pierce is sick

With the playoffs quickly approaching and the Celtics seeding set in stone, there really is no reason to play their key guys other than get a rhythm going heading into the playoffs. That especially goes for the veterans. The 35-year old Jason Terry for one missed the last game against Orlando. Apparently he could miss more than that with some "bothersome" legs. Jason...

An Emotional Tribute to the Old Boston Garden

While preparing for an upcoming column, I stumbled across this emotional tribute to the original Boston Garden. I remember this actual report when it aired 2 decades ago. At the tender age of 14, I had the good fortune of visiting the original Boston Garden. Always looking so beautiful on television, the parquet floor glistened and the banners that crowded the Garden rafters made...

Comments from the Other Side - Magic 4/13

At least JET's trash talk didn't come back to bite him in this game.  The terrible Magic lived up to their reputation.  I'm with Orlando fans on this one, though.  I really wish he's just be quiet.  We don't need to give teams any added motivation.  They all hate the Celtics enough already as it is.  It sure was good to get a convincing victory for once...

Rajon Rondo, To Trade Or Not To Trade, That is the Question

Jeff Green Dunks All Over The Heat

Follow @TheNosebleeds Jeff Green is not afraid. The swing forward has been a matchup nightmare for Celtics opponents since finding his stride in the second half of the 2012-13 season, but he has been particularly effective against smaller lineups. As you can see in this video, when the Heat throw out a small lineup with Chris Andersen at the 5, Jeff makes posters. His emergence...
