Brian Windhorst reporting the Cavs are courting Leon Powe.Source says Cavs have made a contract offer to Leon Powe. He is ahead of schedule in recovery. He may have some other choices, we'll see. Insight: I think the Celtics are heading full-speed for Glen Davis' house now. Without the second option that is Powe, the Celtics need that fourth big man before the beginning of the season. Hopefully Danny Ainge isn't too cheap and goes over the cap to grab Davis and Marquis Daniels.Odom agrees to deal with Lakers.Insight: There's no doubt anymore concerning who the top two teams in the Western Conference are. San Antonio has unbelievable depth now that we've seen what DeJuan Blair can do, and the Lakers are stacked to the fullest with top-notch talent. The addition of Ron Artest improves their defense, and Lamar Odom re-signing just shows the rest of the league that they're willing to fight to go into the season locked and loaded. LA and SA have incredible squads.
