Gabe Pruitt struggled a bit more in his second game but still played well and Brandon Wallace notched the first double double in Flash franchise history as the Flash lost their home opener.

The Celtics Big Three On Track To Fail
This season KG and Pierce are averaging 38 minutes a game, Ray Allen more than 39. There's only one word for letting these three play so much so early in the year, INSANITY.
The Celtics are headed for trouble. They've got a core of 30-somethings playing major minutes, even in blowouts.
It's hard to win a championship, let alone a playoff series, when your top guys...
Injury Update + Pruitt Recalled
Tony and Ray Allen both sat out practice today. Tony with a thigh bruise and Ray with a sprained ankle. Both are listed as day to day. Because of this uncertainty, Gabe Pruitt is being recalled from the D-League and should be available for the Cavs game.

Ray Allen Buries Bobcats 96-95

Let's Make Antoine An All-Star
But I started to put myself in Antoine's shoes. He's an aging star on a steep decline. A guy who enjoyed the limelight like no other. Buried on the T'wolves bench, he's finally relevant again -- even if it's for the wrong reasons. Maybe he doesn't deserve to make the All-Star team over guys like Dirk Nowitzki, Tim Duncan, Carlos Boozer, or his teammate...
Live in Boston, otherwise I don't believe so many bandwaggon jumpers of the Celtics.
I am happy that the Boston Celtics and the Big Three are getting all of this good publicity (not that Boston needs any more success), but when I see so many people sporting Celtic gear and saying how big of fans they have been for sooo long, I have to question them. I am no expert (although close), however I would rather see people supporting their local struggling sports franchise...
Fantastic Finish
The Celtics improve to 11-1 with a last second shot from Ray Allen to beat the Bobcats 96-95 in a thriller in Charlotte.
Youth versus Veterans
Taking a look at last year's Celtics or this year's Wolves versus this year's Celtics gives you a very good look at the difference between teams building with youth and teams that go with veterans.
