The Pioneer Press has a little article in which Glen Taylor, the Wolves owner, accuses KG of tanking last season.

The Celtics stopped the Rockets' 22 game win streak in impressive style. The first half was played fairly evenly and the teams were tied at 40 at halftime. But in the third quarter, the Celtics took over and outscored the Rockets 32-16 in the period. The final score was 94-74 and the Celtics are 2-0 so far in the Texas Triangle.

It was an incredible game with all kinds of twists and turns through it. Saying that the Spurs got off to a fast start is an understatement. The Spurs led 28-11 at the end of the first quarter. The Celtics won the first meeting between these two 97-93 on January 2, but the Rockets were playing without an injured Tracy McGrady. Tonight, Boston will likely be without Ray Allen due to an ankle injury. Another Celtics win would solidify its place as a favorite to win it all, and would push its record against Western Conference opponents to 22-4.

The Boston Celtics came into Houston and broke up the second longest win streak in NBA history.

Despite the Celtics big win over the rockets last night, I'm feeling a bit angry and spiteful this morning. I don't know if it's the fact that I've watched Bruce Bowen dropkick Wally Szczerbiak in the face about 359 times since yesterday, or that I had to watch Luis Scola play basketball for about 40 minutes last night (more on him in a later post). Whatever the reason...
