I am currently sitting in the French Quarter, located in the heart of New Orleans, which is seemingly light years away from Philadelphia. Just want to bring this little Sixers draft history tidbit to you guys. An honest answer straight from the source - Larry Brown as to why they passed on Paul Pierce (and Dirk for that matter) and selected Larry Hughes. Ugh just painful.
