I'm as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs today. All season long, I was certain that the Celtics would come out and play tough team defense and that would at least lead to a chance to beat any team in the league. After watching the Celtics defense disintegrate and be nowhere to be found in the last two games, I just don't know which team will show...

The title says it all. The player of the game stunned the Celtics, with the Hawks winning 97-92. Johnson was great. Period. He scored 35 points, 20 in the 4th quarter. We have a new clutch player stepping up on to the NBA scene.

The Celtics looked more like the team that won 66 games in the regular season in this game. They got back to the basics that made them the best team in basketball this season as they played team defense, moved the ball to find the open man and the bench came in and gave the team some valuable minutes. The Celtics got it done against the fearless Hawks in Game 5, coming away with the most dominating victory of the series at the tune of 110 to 85. You have have to like the Celtics chances now with two chances to win 1 game, and move on to the 2nd round and play either the Wizards or Cavaliers.
