At the start of last season, the world at large expected big things from the Cleveland Cavaliers. LeBron and his mates had stormed into the playoffs for the first time and psyched Arenas out of his swag (and the playoffs) before coming one loose ball short of sending a superior Pistons squad packing. If 05-06 was The Witnessing, 06-07 was supposed to be the coronation of the world's most explosive basketball commodity...
