he has shown flashes of hope but i doubt he will get a full chance to show his abilities. The organization is just making stupid descions, well ddanny ainge.

i think Sebastian will get all his immaturity out the way here as time goes on, but he has to realize that he has obligations to fulfill both professional& personal. When he realizes that from a matured level,He will be fine.
