Top 10 Reasons To Watch The Blazers

TOP 10 REASONS TO WATCH THE BLAZERS:

1.) Their Record - above 500 (Without Greg Oden)

2.) Improving Players - Travis Outlaw, Martell Webster, Sergio Rodriguez (and more) have all improved drastically this season

3.) Brandon Roy - being chosen for the All-Star team

4.) Huge Combacks - there have been too many 4th quarter comebacks to count

5.) Greg Oden - teams should be shaking in their boots to think of what the Blazers will do with Greg Oden next year

6.) Playoffs? - nobody knows yet, but it's a possibility

7.) No more Jail Blazers - all the questionable players are gone.

8.) They're Young - Unlike the Cletics, Lakers, and Suns (who need to win a championship soon if they're going to) the Blazers have years to work towards the team they want to become

9.) Their Bench - is (in my opinion) the best bench in the entire league

10.) Championship? - sometime down the road?

Agreed on all ten. Nice post Madalyn

man when oden is back and there team keeps growing with all there young talent there gunna be a beast in the west. it will be a nice change for the common title contenders year in and year out thats for sure

all true.

I couldn't agree more!!

They have a good bench. But, I would have to give the "Best Bench Award" to the Lakers.

yeah, the Lakers have a great bench too!

AHHHHHHHHHHHHH NOOO LAKER TALK............EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pee pee on the Lakers!!! Sorry, my bad, just venting. God I hate the Lakers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im sorry but the blazers bench is considerably better than the Lakers bench..

Nice top ten.. that should be in next months slam magazine's "top ten".

No, I agree. Blazers bench is ALOT better. :-]

It's just that the Lakers bench has improved so much this year. I have to give them a little credit.
But the Blazers bench is 100 times better.

The Lakers have the number one scoring bench in the league and have led the Lakers to a better record than the Blazers. So, by that alone, I'm siding with the Lakers bench being better. Albeit I dispise every L.A. team.

But, eveybody has their own opinion. La-dee-da.

Do your research the Blazers bench is the deepest in the NBA! The only reason that LA's bench scores so much is that when they are in Kobe the ballhog is on the bench!!

Trust, most people on this NBA forum, knows that I do my reasearch. And the Blazers do not have the deepest bench in the league.

Kobe Bryant averages more assists than both of the Blazers' point guards [Steve Blake/Jarrett Jack]. So, when you say, "Kobe the ball hog," it's kind of ironic.

You understand that the Lakers have the number one scoring bench in the league and have led L.A. to a better record than the Blazers. Thus, the Lakers have a deeper bench than the Blazers. That's a fact. I'm not here to defend the Lakers. I'm just stating my opinion based on the numbers and not based on likes/dislikes.

P.S. For added comfort, when the Lakers play the Blazers, I always root for Portland.

how about steve blake? that guy is a reason all by himself!

go terps!

Agreed.

the l*kers better win this year, because the next 10 are on LOCKS.

Portland baby!
