Its been three long years since Marko Jaric has been on an NBA roster, but the wait is finally over…for now. ESPN has announced that the Bulls signed Jaric to their training camp roster, giving the 33-year-old another shot at the NBA. Why would we care about a random scrub like Jaric? Don’t let those three years Jaric spent in Europe fudge your memory…he’s the lucky S.O.B. who’s married to Adriana Lima!

Jaric has been playing in Europe ever since his stint with the Grizzlies ended in 2009. It’s been a rocky road, with Jaric only averaging 5.1 points in 12.5 minutes per game in his last professional season (2010-11). Last week he seemed ready to get back on an NBA roster, and went as far as tweeting out a message followed by the always lame smiley face:

Enough about Jaric already. We pretended like we cared for a paragraph, but enough is enough. The only reason that his name is mentioned on this site is because of Adriana Lima. We can only hope the Bulls see something in Jaric during training camp to get him a roster spot. She would immediately become the NBA’s hottest WAG, a department that the league has been slouching in lately.
