For any basketball fan, the news this morning was the best Black Friday deal anyone could have asked for. The NBA lockout is going to come to an end.

For Celtics fans, the gravity of the situation is even greater. We thought we were about to lose the last season, the last run at banner 18 with this current group. Not anymore.

One last chance to see Rajon Rondo throw an alley-oop pass to Kevin Garnett.

One last chance to see Ray Allen spot up behind the arc and deliver a patented silky smooth jumper.

One last chance to see Kevin Garnett bang his chest, yell expletives that make zero sense and lead a Celtics defense.

One last chance to see Paul Pierce lead this particular group of men. Even in their darkest times, Pierce is leads with his offensive and defensive output and feeds off the Garden crowd. He is the Captain and the Truth.

Can this team end this era the way they started, by winning a championship? It will be difficult and what happens in the shortened offseason will go a long way to deciding that, but look at it this way. If the lockout can end, then as Kevin Garnett once said, anything is posibleeeeeeeseeeeeeeeeeee.

Editor's note: The 2011-12 NBA season was supposed to tip off Nov. 1. With no games to watch, will help fill the void by posting a dunk video every day until the lockout ends. Poor Tim Duncan. He just can't seem to get any help on defense. That was the case again in the 2002 NBA All-Star Game in Philadelphia. The Wizards' Michael Jordan gets by Kevin Garnett...
