Portland Trail Blazers center Greg Oden underwent another microfracture surgery and will miss the remainder of the season. The former No. 1 overall pick had an arthroscopic procedure to clean out his left knee, but doctors determined there was additional damage that required more invasive surgery. It is just the latest of setback for Oden, who has had two microfracture surgeries on his left knee and another on his right. He also had previous surgery on a fractured left knee cap. The 7-footer has not appeared in an NBA game since Dec. 5, 2009. He will be an unrestricted free agent at the conclusion of the season. Oden has averaged 9.4 points and 7.3 rebounds in 82 career games since being taken in 2007 out of Ohio State, ahead of Kevin Durant.
