A lot can be said about yesterday's game against the Bulls. D. Rose and the Bulls showed up in our house, and they played like the defending champs while the Cs fought from behind all game. The Celts were off from the tip off; Ray Allen was 1-12 shooting in a game where the Cs really needed him to step up. Rondo played an amazing offensive game scoring 29 points but, as my boy, the Professor, who went to the game said, not even Rondo or the bench could contain D. Rose. He was on fire and scored 36 points (a career high) and 11 assists and led the Bulls to the overtime win 105-103 over the defending champs. Even with Rose playing the game of his life and Gordon hitting his threes, the Celtics still had this win in their hands at the end of regulation when the Cs were down by 1 with 12 seconds, and we got the ball into Captain Paul "the Truth" Pierce's hands, he drives, steps back for the last shot, and gets fouled by Noah.
