Boston Celtics’ Jaylen Brown Throws Subtle Shade at Cleveland Cavaliers’ Defense After Game 4 Victory
David Richard-USA TODAY Sports

The Boston Celtics are now riding a commanding 3-1 series lead against the Cleveland Cavaliers after Jaylen Brown and company scored a 109-102 road win in Ohio on Monday night.

Brown had another big performance for the Celtics in that contest, as he finished with 27 points to go with eight rebounds while draining nine of his 15 attempts from the floor. It has been that easy on offense of late for Brown, who, after Game 4 of the Cavs series, seemed to have come to a conclusion that he’s basically unstoppable in the second round.

Boston Celtics Star Jaylen Brown Thinks the Cleveland Cavaliers Can’t Stop Him

Brown had his way against the Cavs’ defense which was painfully missing its anchor. Without Jarrett Allen to man the middle for Cleveland, the Cavaliers were stretched thin and sacrificed a lot on the defensive end of the floor, and that helped Brown and the Celtics turn it on offensively.

“I don’t think anybody over there can really guard me,” Brown said after Game 4, per Jared Weiss of The Athletic.

After four games in the Cavs series, Brown has managed to put up averages of 26.5 points and 6.8 rebounds while making 61.2 percent of his field goal attempts and 44.4 percent of his takes from the 3-point region.

Brown can do even better in Game 5 with the Celtics eyeing to finish the series with a win at TD Garden.
