Boston Celtics Nenad Krstic Russia Bound? Not Likely

(AP Photo/Alex Gallardo) I know there might be an NBA lockout. I realize that Nenad Krstic will be looking to make some money. I also know that Nenad Krstic is not from this country. I am also fully aware of the fact that the Russian team CSKA Moscow wants to give Nenad a contract to lure him overseas. I understand this is guaranteed money. Despite all these factors Nenad Krstic is not going to leave the NBA. The first reason is simple. the man left his country to come play in America for a few reasons. The money was better is the first. I am highly doubting that this contract offer for the 27 year old Serbian is a blow someone out of the water type offer. I am guessing it is a three year deal for solid money. The problem is the NBA has a complete lack of centers in it. This means despite Nenad’s issues defensively at times, he is probably a semi valuable commodity to an NBA GM. Nenad is a center that can rebound and score.
