Fox Sports Wisconsin:
Milwaukee Bucks big man Ekpe Udoh has finally scratched an item from his bucket list.
No, it's not winning the NBA's gold ball trophy, it's meeting everyone's favorite Golden Girl, Betty White.
Udoh has been tweeting about his desire to meet the 91-year-old actress for nearly a year, and he finally greeted the star of NBC's "Off their Rockers" and TV Land's "Hot in Cleveland" during Milwaukee's current road trip to Los Angeles.
On Wednesday, Udoh tweeted a photo with White from the set of "Hot in Cleveland" with the caption "Mission accomplished."
The show's Twitter page posted another photo of White holding Udoh's Bucks jersey.
Udoh's pursuit of a meeting with White began when he tweeted "How do I go about meeting Betty White???" on June 23 of last year. In August, he tweeted, "Still searching for Betty White." And in January, it was "Gotta meet Betty White."
When he was asked by Warriors World Podcast why he was so intent on meeting White, the former Golden State forward said he used to watch "Golden Girls" with his mom as a kid and White has always been a favorite of his.
And though the Bucks lost to the Clippers on Wednesday night, one player can leave town smiling.

A DREAM COME TRUE
Ekpe Udoh of the Milwaukee Bucks had one mission: meet beloved American actress/hacky commercial spokesperson Betty White. The only problem? He didn’t know how to do it.It’s a good question, and who could blame him? Betty White is not only awesome in her own right, she’s the last remaining ‘Golden Girl.’ Bea Arthur, Rue McClanahan and Estelle Getty are all dead. It’s...
Dreams do come true kids. If a wish is on your heart, put it out to the universe and it will deliver. Don’t believe me? Let’s look at the case of Milwaukee Bucks big man Ekpe Udoh. Udoh has been searching for actress Betty White since last year. Apparently the flame was ignited early in life when he used to watch the “Golden Girls” with his mom.
The Bucks were in LA this...
After the Milwaukee Bucks and Scott Skiles agreed to part ways back in January, veteran assistant Jim Boylan took over as interim head coach. Milwaukee could be in the market for a new head coach this summer, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, who led the franchise to a championship in 1971, says he would be interested in the job.
According to Dave Begel, OnMilwaukee:
I asked [Kareem Abdul...
Back in January, Milwaukee Bucks center Epke Udoh posted this little gem on his Twitter account of wanting to meet actress Betty White.Yesterday, the fine folks over at TV Land's Hot in Cleveland made Epke dream come true and they posted the photos to prove it:
The Los Angeles Clippers had been rolling along before coming up short against one of the NBA's best teams over the weekend.
While they might normally like their chances of getting back on track with a visit from Milwaukee, the Bucks are starting to hit their stride.
The Clippers aim for a 12th home win in 13 matchups against the Bucks, who look to extend their winning streak...
NBA Guard Brandon Jennings hit Instagram wearing a dope En|Nior Triumph Divine Silk jacket. En|Noir and their aesthetic designs are hott right now, as there being embraced by trendsetting musicians such as Kanye West, and pro athletes with the likes of Serge Ibaka, Lebron James, and now Brandon Jennings wearing their gear. So Ekpe Udoh was trolling for Betty White on the Twitter Machine last night, after his Bucks played in Lob City. He tweets, after finally meeting her: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED.
Mission Accomplished exactly, Mr. Udoh. Mission Accomplished in you being nominated for multiple Bozies.
