Carlos Arroyo participated in his first team practice with the Boston Celtics today handling the backup point guard duties behind starter Rajon Rondo. Arroyo is on pace to make his Celtics debut tomorrow night when the Blake Show, featuring the Los Angeles Clippers, comes to town.

Arroyo will serve as the primary backup point guard until the return of Delonte West. West watched practice from the sidelines today, but there is an outside shot he could return to game action tomorrow night.
