MIAMI -- Miami Heat fans are already warming up for the Oct. 30 regular-season opener against the rival Boston Celtics. NBA scrimmages are normally filled with nothing but cheers, but there was some booing Wednesday night at AmericanAirlines Arena. That happened when two women late in the first half walked by in the stands, one wearing a Ray Allen No. 20 Celtics jersey and the other a Celtics Rajon Rondo No. 9. That commotion compelled Heat guard Dwyane Wade to get on the public-address system at halftime. He addressed the 11,221 fans in attendance at the team's annual free scrimmage. "Will all Celtics fans please exit the building," Wade, who didn't play Wednesday in order to rest his surgically repaired left knee, said as teammate LeBron James cracked up. Allen cheered at Heat scrimmage

Still getting used to his new surroundings in Miami, Ray Allen went to the wrong end of the court when it was time to line up for the national anthem. Once play began, he looked right at home. LeBron James did not get hair plugs

Sports fans’ collective fascination with LeBron James’ receding hairline took a new turn on Wednesday when a rumor circulated that the Heat star recently got hair plugs. Istanbul trip a passport to C's success?

In September of 2007, a newly reconstructed Boston Celtics team gathered for a road trip. The post office was still processing Kevin Garnett's change of address from Minneapolis. Ray Allen still had movers packing his stuff up in Seattle. The introductions were fresh, and the team still needed to get to know each other. And this road trip they were about to embark upon was...

Durant, Thunder look to take final step to title

OKLAHOMA CITYSeems these days Kevin Durant and LeBron James are pretty much linked together. Opponents in The 2012 Finals. Gold medal teammates at the 2012 Olympics. Offseason workout partners. Best players in the NBA. And after the shortest summer of Durant's career, he now gets a chance to do something James did this time a season ago. Try and win a championship a season after...

Down in the Dumps? LeBron Has a Little Something For Ya

Yup. It’s 2012. Bath salts had their 15 minutes of fame. There’s something called  ”smiles” or “smiley” which is some ridiculously potent mix of MDMA and LSD which has been murdering kids left and right. But obviously someone couldn’t let these small market drug runners steal his shine. The most self-righteous human being on the face of the Earth straight DEMANDED...
