Just a few tidbits of interest to Celtics fans today. The biggest news of immediate interest is this: #Celticstalk: #Celtics Kevin Garnett will play tonight vs #Hornets. — A. Sherrod Blakely (@SherrodbCSN) March 20, 2013 Next up are a few more details from a story we reported yesterday but the Celtics have made it official today. White's contract is reportedly similar to the one signed earlier by Terrence Williams. He is signed through the remainder of the season with a team option for next year. #celtics sign DJ White for rest of season — gary washburn (@GwashNBAGlobe) March 20, 2013 Shavlik Randolph's 2nd 10 day contract will expire after tonight's game and the Celtics will reportedly offer him a contract for the remainder of the season also. Doc says he wants to keep the team continuity and the club will sign Shavlik Randolph for rest of the season #celtics — gary washburn (@GwashNBAGlobe) March 20, 2013 A bit of news from the Hornets' perspective, Anthony Davis is a game time decision tonight: The attrition continues. RT @jimmysmith504: #Hornets Anthony Davis dealing with stomach issue may begametime decision versus #Celtics. — Jeff Duncan (@JeffDuncan_) March 20, 2013 Finally, a bit leftover from the last game. There has been much said about the LeBron dunk over Jason Terry. Here are a couple of tweets from the participants. First, LeBron stokes the fires a bit. LeBron on dunk vs Jason Terry at BOS: "It was one of my better ones. And the fact that it happened to J.T. made it that much sweeter." — Steve Aschburner (@AschNBA) March 20, 2013 And then, Jason Terry puts them out. Jason Terry on LeBron dunk: "I'm not even commenting. No comment. Zero. I have none. A basketball play." #celtics #heat — gary washburn (@GwashNBAGlobe) March 20, 2013 Terry cont: "My reaction was when the fans were cheering and I went up and knocked down the technical. That's a great reaction." #celtics — gary washburn (@GwashNBAGlobe) March 20, 2013 And finally from Terry: " Wasn't the first, won't be the last." #celtics #heat — gary washburn (@GwashNBAGlobe) March 20, 2013 [Discuss on CG Forums!]
