Some excellent news for Chris Wilcox and Celtics fans: the Boston forward has been cleared for “full court contact”. The good news was reported early this afternoon by NBA.com’s David Aldridge. Celtics’ fans remember that the roster was hit with not one, but two cardiac related injuries last year, as both Wilcox and teammate Jeff Green were shut down. Wilcox has been working out in North Carolina recently, “lifting weights and doing cardio..” according to Aldridge. He averaged 5.4 points and 4.4 rebounds in 28 games for Boston last year. He seemed to fit in well, and I personally would love to see him back in Boston.
