I know it is only the per-season for Kyrie Irving and the Cleveland Cavaliers, but I am liking what I see so far with the NBA’s number one overall pick. Irving needs to work on his shots from the floor but his free throws have been fantastic. Irving has an .875 average from the strip. That is .735 better than LeBron James at this point. The Cleveland Cavaliers have waived guard Manny Harris.
Harris had missed all of training camp because of a burn on his right foot suffered during the NBA lockout.
An undrafted free agent out of Michigan last season, Harris averaged 5.9 points and 2.6 rebounds while starting 15 games as a rookie.
The Cavaliers also waived guard Kenny Hayes to bring their roster to 15 players.

Cavaliers fall to Pistons on last second free throws
CLEVELAND (AP) -- Austin Daye's two free throws with 3.1 seconds left gave the Detroit Pistons a 90-89 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night.
Daye, who finished with 19 points, was fouled driving to the basket after the Pistons stole an inbounds pass with Cleveland holding an 89-88 lead.
