Phil Jackson wants to come back to the NBA in some sort of role. It is not completely known whether he wants to be a head coach, a front office executive or be both. With the Cleveland Cavaliers he could do both, by coaching the team and having the final say on all personnel decisions. Cleveland may be a small market for Jackson, but they already has a rising roster that could become one of the best in the NBA, they have cap space, a top 5 draft pick coming and he could even help them bring back LeBron in 2014. There are all the pieces for another Phil Jackson success in Cleveland and if given enough power, he could come in and turn this team into contenders. With Kyrie Irving already a superstar, Dion Waiters and Tristan Thompson All Star talents and with Anderson Varejao coming back, they already have an excellent foundation.
