It’s always nice to see athletes thanking their fans.
Even if this is just a PR move by Allen, Celtics fans are generally still mad that he’s leaving Boston for the Miami Heat. Allen chose to go to the reigning NBA Champions for less than what the Celtics were offering.
Nonetheless, Allen still had a great run with the Celtics, helping them win an NBA Championship.
