I don't think I've ever seen fans complain so much about the officiating BEFORE the game even began. They were so certain that the Celtics would get all the calls. Then, it was pretty funny because they clearly got a lot of calls go their way. I have highlighted my favorite comments. What are yours?
This is a winnable game with the Celtics not having good chemistry early in the season.
Celts are coming together. Don't believe the hype. Unless they have some sort of inexplicable letdown the way that did last year when we played them at the ACC I'd expect this to be a loss
For some reason I like when Bargnani destroys the Celtics, hopefully it will happen this game.
Celtics are like the darling veteran team of the league. KG gonna stab Val in the kidneys with a shiv and no call.
If Rondo is out we're gonna smoke these old turds.
This is a guaranteed win. DeRozan is going to destroy Terry... Hes 35 and short as hell, can either post him ...

Video: Jason Terry is a Celtic - Episodes 6 & 7
Couple new Jason Terry videos by the NOC. Sorry, it took so long to post them. I was busy trying to escape a Keith Bogans head lock. 1st video the Jet shows off his parking attendant skills and then in the 2nd video he shows off his more natural mid range shooting skills.
Jason Terry Discovers New, Different Possibilities as Shooter Alongside Rajon Rondo
BOSTON — Jason Terry is not the same old Jet this season. No matter what his shooting percentage may be, the transition in Boston after eight seasons in Dallas has not been seamless.
There have been single-digit scoring games, like when he failed to make a basket in a win over Utah. There have been games in which he has been underused, such as the win in Washington when he clocked...
Celtics 107, Raptors 89
Jason Terry scored 20 points and Rajon Rondo tied his season high with 20 assists as Boston beat Toronto 107-89 on Saturday.
Paul Pierce added 19 points and six rebounds and Kevin Garnett scored 15 for Boston, which took a 17-point lead in first quarter, then held off several runs by the Raptors before pulling away midway through the second half.
Rookie Jared Sullinger had his...

Rajon Rondo returned from a 1-game injury absence to lead the Celtics past the Raptors 107-89 with 20 assists. Jason Terry (20) and Paul Pierce (19) paced the Celtics balanced scoring effort as the C’s finally put together a wire-to-wire shellacking this season. The green looked a bit green in the second quarter when they allowed Toronto to trim a quick 16-point lead to 5,...
5 things Celtics must do to win tonight
AUBURN HILLS- Tonight, the Celtics will cap off the weekend against the Detroit Pistons. Here are five things that the Celtics must do to win tonight:
5. PASS MORE OFTEN TO SULLINGER:
I was starting to lose faith in Jared Sullinger, but yesterday's performance changed everything. Yesterday, he had 12 points on 5/8 shooting and eleven rebounds. I think the C's should have...

Green Envy: What Raptors fans said - 11/17
Another Celtics win, another Green Envy. This one turned out to be pretty easy. It seemed like the Raptors were trying to get blown out in the first half but the Celtics would have none of it. Things were different from the third quarter onward. One thing to take from Raptors fans, they hate Andrea Bargnani. They really hate him. Some were debating whether or not he's legally...

Celtics defeat the Raptors 107 to 89
In a Saturday matinee at the Garden, the Boston Celtics defeated the Toronto Raptors 107 to 89 in an Atlantic Division matchup. The Green were up 16 early and shot 74% in the first quarter but the Raptors hung around and ended up making it a closer contest, but the game never really felt like it was in any doubt. Rajon Rondo returned from his twisted ankle that kept him out of Thursday...
Taking Stock: Celtics – Raptors
After every game, we’ll take stock of how each individual performance affects the player’s overall value.

The man had a great game… it’s that simple. There’s some debate over the validity of some of the 20 assists he had, but that doesn’t change the fact that a majority of them were very pretty passes...

Dissecting the growing trust in the Boston Celtics defense
If you forgot about this play from last night, you would be forgiven. After all, it happened right after this: That oop by Rondo was such an impressive play that it got it’s own bullet point in our recap, and it was the lede in Jay’s excellent story over at MassLive. So the defensive stand immediately following might not have even registered as a blip on most people’s radars...
