Bleacher Report:
(You know that you're in the slow NBA news part of the year when ... )
Dan Dickau reports that Martell Webster seems to have recovered from the injury that kept him out last season. The Columbian reports:
Coming off a foot injury like he had where he had to have surgery — I mean, he played in one game last year — he tried to dunk over Greg (Oden) one day, where obviously he went to the basket, and he went about as much as a guy coming off a foot injury you would expect. I mean, it was pretty — it was a pretty darn athletic move. (It) definitely looked like his explosiveness is back.
Fantastic.
Oh, and don't worry. The Blazers are not considering bringing back Dickau. (Because Jerryd Bayless would snap and literally eat him, sources could not confirm.) They simply allow Dan to use their workout facilities while he waits (and waits) for a contract offer.
