Per the Sacramento Bee’s Jason Jones, Paul Westphal has choosen Donte Greene to be his starting small forward.
As the Kings prepare for the regular season, Westphal hinted he has chosen his small forward after Donté Greene started for the second consecutive game, with Omri Casspi coming off the bench.
“I think I have a pretty good idea,” Westphal said. “I’ll tell the players what we’re going to do before I make an announcement to the press, but it probably shouldn’t be too hard to figure out.”
Dynamite stuff.
Greene is averaging 7 points and 2.8 rebounds in 18.6 minutes per game this preseason.
