MIAMI -- For "no rivalry," this was as thrilling as it gets.
Jeff Green hit a Ray Allen-like 3-pointer from the right corner at the buzzer to give the Boston Celtics a 111-110 victory against the Miami Heat on Saturday night.
The shot wasn't official until the three referees looked at the play on a TV monitor to verify it was 3-pointer and released before the buzzer.
LeBron James had 25 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds for the Heat, who fell to 4-3. Chris Bosh had 20 points and seven rebounds, and Dwyane Wade added 18 points as Miami had six double-figure scorers.
Before the game, James was asked about the Miami-Boston rivalry following the makeover of the Celtics roster, which no longer includes Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett. Even coach Doc Rivers now is with the Los Angeles Clippers.
"There's no rivalry," James said.
Tell that to the Celtics (3-4).
