As you might expect if you follow these things, the New York Knicks and Dallas Mavericks lead the way by a very large margin. (What's strange is that the Knicks would have paid more tax if Allan Houston had been on the books for the remainder of his contract, and if they had not amnesty'd Jerome Williams.
