When asked during All-Star weekend if he agreed with team chairman, Robert Pera’s, comments that the Grizzlies are better prepared for playoff success after a trade sending Rudy Gay to Toronto, Zach Randolph agreed.
According to Kyle Veazey, Memphis Commercial-Appeal:

AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) -- The Memphis Grizzlies needed a few minutes to shake off their All-Star break rust. Once they did, they dominated the Detroit Pistons.
Mike Conley scored 19 points, Zach Randolph had his 31st double-double and Memphis won its fourth straight game Tuesday night, 105-91 at Detroit.
Randolph had 15 points and 10 rebounds and the Grizzlies rode a strong second...
