Like fellow teammate Andrea Bargnani, Beno Udrih will not play for his country in Eurobasket next month. While Bargnani though can’t play because of pneumonia, Udrih’s decision is strictly personal. The 31-year-old point guard last played in international competition for his native Slovenia at the 2006 World Championships. Udrih signed with the Knicks on August 8 after playing last year with the Orlando Magic, where he averaged 10.2 points, and 6.1 assists.
