Allen Iverson is set to officially retire Wednesday, and the compliments are already flowing out. Reigning league MVP, and back to back NBA champion LeBron James was asked his thoughts on Iverson as a player.  James has always been complimentary of Iverson, and recently said that the Answer was his second favorite player growing up. James told Harvey Araton that Iverson ‘pound for pound, was the greatest player ever.’ RT @HarveyAraton: Here in Miami, LeBron just called Allen Iverson "pound for pound the greatest player ever" — Marc Stein (@ESPNSteinLine) October 28, 2013 Iverson in his prime would fill the building on the road, and destroy the home team in the process.  All while only being 6 feet tall at best, and 170 pounds on his heaviest day. I couldn’t agree with James more.
