With fewer than three weeks until the start of the NBA’s 41st season, we’re previewing all 25 teams. Whatchu say? Twenty-five teams? Yup. We’re looking at every franchise in addition to shining a light on the new Eastern Conference expansion Charlotte Hornets and Western Conference expansion Miami Heat. And if Charlotte’s more East than Miami, I’ll apparently be previewing the new United States map. From now until the start of the season, we’re bringing you the 1988-89 Fantasy Team Previews, which will focus on each team in order to paint a clearer fantasy picture. Razzball‘s got all the ins-and-outs of the season covered. Who’s new to each team, who’s old (Kareem!), and how are you possibly going to compete with whoever takes Jordan with the first pick of your draft? Unless the first pick in your draft belongs to you, in which case, turn off your IBM PS/2, kick up your feet and put your fantasy roster on cruise control. Ty Lawson unhappy overseas

Recent tweets from the Nuggets point guard seem to suggest that he's not enjoying his time in Lithuania.

Some players choose to keep their hands busy by...

Chris “The Birdman” Andersen works with kids, Rubik’s Cubes

There could be a tattoo of a Rubik’s Cube on Chris Andersen. Hard to say. But we can now officially say that the Nuggets colorful shot blocker off the bench is a Rubik’s Cube guy. You remember, the cube you learned how to take apart and put back together with all the colors aligned so…

Al Harrington is eating some big burgers… well, almost

First the disclaimer — Al Harrington is not going Shawn Kemp. (Kemp is remembered by NBA fans for a few things, one of which was ballooning up during the last lockout.) I saw Harrington in action in person last month at the Impact series in Las Vegas and he is in good shape. When the…

Ty Lawson lashes out on twitter; adjusting to Europe not easy

Ty Lawson signed up to play in Lithuania while Billy Hunter and David Stern continue their ludicrous dance, the Nuggets point guard being one of the bigger name NBA players to jump overseas. But the adjustment has not been easy. He wasn’t getting a lot of minutes and has not put up big stats while…
