Marshall Henderson has been one of the most entertaining players throughout the college basketball season, so it’s no surprise that a few players he likes in the NBA are big showmen.
During a news conference Thursday a day ahead of Ole Miss’ first-round NCAA Tournament game against Wisconsin, Henderson revealed that two of his favorite NBA players are notorious celebrators and knuckleheads JR Smith and JaVale McGee.
“[AAU basketball] got me into head bobbing and trash-talking kind of stuff. And my favorite players in the NBA all do that stuff, like J.R. Smith. People like that. JaVale McGee. I love those kinds of players. They can put a crowd in the arena, sell some tickets. … That’s what it’s about,” Henderson told reporters, per USA Today’s Chris Chase.
That’s what it’s all about huh. It’s not about winning championships, trying to make All-Star games or even aspiring to reach the Basketball Hall of Fame. Nope. For Marshall Henderson, it’s all about entertaining the fans. I suppose
BEST OF MAXIM
NOT A GOOD LOOK
I guess Knicks guard JR Smith fancies himself somewhat of a fashionista, seeing that he took it upon himself to critique his coach’s choice in outerwear. To be fair to Smith, that is one of the ugliest shirts ever seen on a man. White polka dots on a black shirt are so 2010, and why do they not continue to the upper back portion of Woodson’s top? Even Woodson looks about as impressed...
Every great Villian had to have other villains to look up to. Someone to help them craft their villainous ways. So, you shouldn’t be shocked that Marshall Henderson idols is a guy who leaves reality star chicks in the club and another guy who intentionally missed a shot at the wrong basket to get a Triple Double.
The Big Leagues In fairness, it is the worst shirt in all of human history.
Thanks to New York Knicks guard J.R. Smith's Instagram, we now know the fashion stylings of Knicks head coach Mike Woodson.Back on Thursday, J.R. posted the below photo of Woodson on the team's private jet with the hashtag of "#Top5WorstShirtsI'veEverSeenInMyLife":(Courtesy of Larry Brown Sports)
Since our last bench report, the New York Knicks have limped their way to an overall record of 2-2 in the past week. They salvaged one win on their west coast trip from hell, winning in Utah in what will forever be remembered as the “Kurt Thomas” game. They then returned home to the Garden last night and got an expected but nonetheless a much needed win against the dismal Orlando...

Knicks Collective Effort:
Tonight the New York Knicks pounded the Toronto Raptors into submission with a 110-84 win. NY is tied with Indiana for the 2nd seed because Indiana lost to the Bulls tonight. The Knicks had solid contributions from Melo, JR Smith and new fan favorite, Kenyon Martin.
Tonight was a complete team effort, as the entire team moved...
You win, it was J.R. Smith.

Raptors @ Knicks: MSG 7:30PM
The New York Knicks are on the tail end of a back-to back against the Toronto Raptors. The Knicks grabbed the first game 99-94, as the Raptors try to win a game at MSG to take the series 3-1, while the Knicks try to even out the series 2-2.
Keys to the Game:
- Melo has to be Melo. I know that sounds stupid, but it is true. The only problem I foresee with...
Mike Woodson must think his name is Kwame (youngins won’t get that reference).
I had a shirt similar to this, I was also in 8th grade, but I digress. JR Smith gave his thoughts on Woodson trying to upstage Russell Westbrook.
