Found May 18, 2013 on Turn On The Knicks:
Well that just sucks, eh? The New York Knicks season came to an end tonight with a 106-99 loss to the Indiana Pacers. It was a frustrating end to an enjoyable season and kicks off an off-season of limited flexibility for the Knicks, who will still have their share of question marks to sort out. When looking back on this series, it really came down to a few factors. Roy Hibbert completely dominating a likely injured Tyson Chandler. JR Smith being awful. Ray Felton being inconsistent. Mike Woodson making questionable line-up decisions. Tonight featured just about all of those things. The Knicks played a weak first half and got themselves down by 12 midway through the 3rd quarter. Report: Knicks Willing to Re-Sign JR Smith For 4 More Years

Nothing personal against JR Smith who has said he would like to retire as a Knick, but some players just aren’t championship style players. I think JR Smith is a good player, but you can’t depend on him to be your #2 on a championship team. He isn’t D Wade, Russell Westbrook., Tony Parker or Manu Ginobili. This has nothing to do with his clubbing, but he is a player who shoots...
