Nikola Vucevic is a rising star for the Orlando Magic at the center position. Photo Credit: RMTip21Flickr Orlando Magic center Nikola Vucevic showcased amazing footwork, basketball IQ and strength as he destroyed the Los Angeles Clippers frontcourt all night long in the paint and outside. Vucevic led the Magic to their third consecutive victory over the fan-favorite Los Angeles Clippers. Vucevic shot a fantastic 11-of-19 (nearly 59 percent) from the field, ending the night with a double-double of 30 points and 21 rebounds. The Magic, led by Vucevic, outscore the Clippers in the paint 44-33. Vucevic hit six consecutive free throws in the last stages of the game to push the Magic to a 98-90 win. Good news for the Orlando Magic franchise: Their center is young and still improving, and he has the skill set to be one of the league’s best at the center position over time. Vucevic is averaging 17.8 points on 56.9 FG, 13.2 rebounds and 1.2 blocks. Check out highlights from his big game against the Clippers on Wednesday night below.
