Sam Young has reached agreement on a one year deal with the San Antonio Spurs, according to RealGM.  Young averaged 2.8 points and 2.2 rebounds last season for the Pacers and played tough defense during their run to the Eastern Conference Finals. The 28 year old Young should provide and added defensive presence for the Sours.
