landryy copy Suns Interested In Landry Fields Via Sign and Trade With Knicks For Nash

With the Knicks being the underdog to land Steve Nash, it was time to get creative. Knicks GM Glen Grunwald will not have to explore a possible sign-and-trade that will give the Phoenix Suns a couple of valuable Knicks in exchange for Steve Nash. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, the Phoenix Suns have expressed interest in Landry Fields as part of possible sign-and-trade package with New York for Steve Nash. However, Fields would have to be just a part of the package as the Suns could sign Fields without a sign-and-trade in free agency. There’s been speculation that the Knicks would have to include Iman Shumpert, but there’s been no confirmation of that and I personally can’t see them sending a way a player that has real potential in this league.
