The Ray Allen Saga Continues: Possibilities For Trading Partners

Rumors are a funny thing. At times, even a silly thing. But this time, I'm convinced. Ray Allen might not be gone, but the Celtics are certainly shopping. They may even come across some intriguing offers. Why not? Allen is a seasoned veteran with a legendary jumpshot and a refreshing sense of professionalism. If I was an executive, I'd take a player like that in a heartbeat. Then again, I wouldn't want to give up too much (naturally).After a silly trade rumor concerning Allen came to our attention, things began to leak out. Is Rondo on the trading block? No of course not. But Allen? Yes, yes he is. And from the way I see it, the Celtics are making it seem obvious that they would like to use Allen as their trade bait.
