Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge suffered a sprained left ankle injury during Tuesday's game against the Washington Wizards. Aldridge, who landed on Trevor Booker's foot, was helped off the floor and taken to the locker room less than two minutes into the first quarter. Initial X-rays on his ankle came back negative although he is expected to undergo additional tests. The second overall pick of the 2006 draft, Aldridge entered the game averaging 23.3 points and 8.6 rebounds for Portland.
