BEST OF MAXIM
Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau says the teams only timeline given regarding Derrick Rose’s return is eight to 12 months, meaning the organization always thought Rose, who had surgery last May to repair a torn ACL in his left knee, could miss the 2012-2013 season.
In an unsurprising report, K.C. Johnson of The Chicago Tribune says that it’s “all but a certainty” that Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose misses the remainder of the season, adding that fans should expect the All-Star “back for training camp.”Considering it doesn’t appear Rose will be back during the regular season or playoffs this year, Johnson asked coach Tom...
Those who look at Luol Deng’s stats, will not see an All Star, but those who watch the Chicago Bulls regularly see why he is a two time All Star and one of the best players in the NBA. He only averages 16.7 points per game, 6.5 rebounds per game and is only shooting 42% on the season, but his value is so much more than those stats. He does everything for the Chicago Bulls.
The Chicago Bulls have been holding on for dear life all season with the hope that their best player Derrick Rose, would make his triumphant return from knee surgery and they would go on a spirited playoff run.
Rose is having issues overcoming the mental obstacles that one must face when making his way back from a devastating injury and there has been rumblings of unrest and impatience...
DON'T RUSH THINGS
Knicks star Carmelo Anthony believes Bulls point guard Derrick Rose should only return to the court when he's ready, saying, "I wish y’all would stop rushing Derrick back."
The Bulls and Knicks were forced to play small ball on Thursday night thanks to a wrath of injuries to both teams. The Bulls did have Carlos Boozer to battle the boards where he matched up under the rim plenty of times with Carmelo Anthony who had a season-high 19 rebounds. Boozer countered with 15 of his own, but Melo doesn’t think the Bulls forward knows what he’s doing...
Chicago Bulls guard Nate Robinson was on fire against the New York Knicks on Thursday, and he had plenty of discount double-checks for everyone.
The Chicago Bulls have wins over all four teams ahead of them in the Eastern Conference standings over the past three weeks. It's the clubs which are heading home next week that have given them trouble.
The Bulls look to keep their grip on the East's No. 5 seed Friday night as they travel north of the border trying to avoid a second loss to the lottery-bound Toronto Raptors...
Carmelo has some words for fans and media, who are trying to see THE RETURN of Derrick Rose sooner or later.
“I wish y’all would stop rushing Derrick back,” ”Please. He shouldn’t come back until he’s about 110 percent ready. If he can’t compete at a high level, then what’s a couple more months going to do? What’s two more months going to do? I don’t think he...
Carmelo Anthony said he feels bad for Derrick Rose and the pressure he’s faced to come back from outsiders who aren’t in the Bulls’ star’s shoes. Though he’s been practicing and was cleared to play in March, Rose has missed the entire season up to this point and is not expected to play when the Knicks & Bulls face-off on Thursday night.
According to the New York Post...
In my brief period bringing you the fantasy basketball goods, I feel like I have been steadfast with my picks and decisions as the doings and goings of the NBA facilitate. Somebody yesterday made an outrageous claim that I wasn’t on Tobias Harris early on with a hokum situation. Never head back from ya, bro!
But as I responded, I was way wrong on Thomas Robinson and have admitted...
