It’s been an odd year for the Dallas Mavericks. The team is trying to repeat as NBA champions while also trying to rebuild. A moment of frustration finally got to head coach Rick Carlisle on Wednesday night. After a Oklahoma City fast break dunk, Carlisle kicked the ball into the stands. It was his second technical of the game, so he was ejected. Rarely do you see coaches act like soccer players. Carlisle wasn’t intentionally trying to make into the stands, but kicking is not his forte. He apologized after the game, which is great to see. Thanks to CBS Sports for the video.
