Aside from hearing San Antonio Spurs' Tim Duncan or Tony Parker getting injured, hearing Manu Ginobili will be out of action for at least 10 days is enough to make Spurs fans pull their hair. It also makes Manu's teammates a bit concerned too. After Manu suffered a hamstring injury in the Spurs' win over Minnesota, Tim Duncan and Danny Green discussed the loss of Ginobili and like Spurs fans, Duncan says he is concerned.
