The man that has been caught in the middle of the Dwyane Wade and Kevin Durant’s Twitter scuffle has spoken out. James Harden thinks his former teammate Kevin Durant is the more correct one.  “For sure,” Harden said, when asked by CSN Houston if he feels he’s a top-10 NBA player. “For sure. Last year I got a chance to prove it, I kind of broke out of the shell a little bit. Even though it was my first year [as a starter], I’ve got a lot more to prove. I’ve kind of always been the underdog, always been looked over, so it’s nothing new. ”That’s how KD feels,” Harden continued. “We’ve been teammates [on the Thunder] for a couple of years now. Obviously, I was coming off the bench, which was my decision, I didn’t get as much credit or whatnot as much as everyone else, or every other shooting guard in the league. Now, I’m in kind of my own situation, I’m starting to get my own recognition. That’s how KD felt. He felt that way.” Dwight Howard also spoke out regarding the incident and he agreed .”No doubt,” Howard told CSN Houston.“I think he has the ability to be one of the best shooting guards to ever play the game. He has a lot of talent. He works very hard, and he’s young. He just turned 24 years old. The potential for him is through the roof. I believe in him, me and him can do some special things together.” A little background info on the incident. Kevin Durant and Miami Heat guard Dwayne Wade exchanged a couple of words on social media after Durant said he would take Rockets guard James Harden over Wade in a list of the top 10 NBA players. Durant was asked for his reaction to SI.com’s list in a Cinesport.com video interview a Cinesport.com video interview . Durant said “I think you’re missing on James Harden,” Durant said. Asked which player his former Thunder teammate should replace, Durant replied, without hesitation: “Dwyane Wade.” Wade then posted a response to Durant’s statement on his Instagram account  dating the note 9/24/13, Wade wrote: “Kevin Durant said James Harden should replace me in the top 10… Note to self: Make him respect your place in history… again … “In a response to Wade’s response, Durant on Twitter wrote : “Show me, don’t tweet me.” Personally I agree with Durant because Dwyane Wade is getting older and a little less productive. He is beginning to have knee issues. Harden if he can stay healthy can be a dangerous scorer. He is a good all around player. Harden came off the bench while playing for Oklahoma City but still was productive. The post Wade vs Durant Beef (The Reaction) appeared first on UTSN - The Universal Takeover Sports Network.
