The Arizona Wildcats filled a coaching need on Monday when they announced that they had hired a new assistant coach.
The team was lacking in that department after former Arizona guard Damon Stoudamire took a coaching position at Memphis to be closer to his sons.
According to College Basketball Talk, the Wildcats hired veteran coach Mark Phelps to be the new assistant coach.
