San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Josh Morgan suffered a right ankle injury late in Sunday's 48-3 rout of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.Morgan was assisted off the field after he was tackled following a reception. He was carted to the locker room.Niners coach Jim Harbaugh said after the game that the injury might not be as serious as initial indications.Morgan had five receptions for 75 yards Sunday, giving him 15 catches in five games this season.
