Buffalo Bills guard Kraig Urbik hasn't had the healthiest go of it in his four years in the NFL. Fellow linemate Eric Wood's luck, however, has been even worse. Wood left Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a partially torn ACL, which he told reporters Monday could keep him out for the remainder of the season. With Wood out, Urbik will once again get the nod at center. “The plan today is (Kraig) Urbik at center and (David) Snow at guard like we finished the game the other day, but do not hold me to that,” Bills coach Chan Gailey said Monday. “That could change during the course of the week.”Urbik played a number of games at center last season when Wood again went down with an injury. He was more proficient than Gailey's first choice, Buffalo's versatile lineman Andy Levitre, particularly when it came to shotgun snaps.Urbik said back in November of last year that he was “really, really comfortable in there,” and he performed well until going down w...

Bills release LB Morrison to make room for OL help
The Buffalo Bills have released veteran linebacker Kirk Morrison, who became the odd-man out on a team needing to fill holes on a banged-up offensive line.
The move was announced Monday, shortly after coach Chan Gailey said the Bills were contemplating making a roster move to free up space after losing two starting linemen in a 34-18 win over Jacksonville.
Center Eric Wood (left...
“Not Chan Gailey’s Style” Bills fans make “Gangnam Style” parody
The Buffalo Bills aren’t doing a whole lot right these days and as they should be, fans aren’t all that happy. The organization doesn’t know their head from their feet regarding starting quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and apparently has no clue that third-year running back CJ Spiller is one of the most dynamic ball-toters in the league.
Instead of spending their $75 and making...
5 Things I Billieve Following Buffalo’s 34-18 Victory Over the Jacksonville Jaguars
The Bills are doing just enough to keep it interesting for their fans. Playoffs are still a long shot, but as Lloyd Christmas would say, “So you’re saying there’s a chance?!”
Here are things I “Billieve” following Buffalo’s 34-18 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.
1. I may owe Dave Wannstedt an apology.
No one wanted Wannstedt fired more than me earlier this...

Bills' Mario a brand new player since wrist surgery
Turns out, Mario Williams wasn't lying about the effect his early-season wrist ailment was having on his play.Through the first half of the season, Williams looked like a guy who signed a $100 million contract and didn't feel the need to earn it. But at the time, he was battling a wrist injury and had surgery at the bye week. Before the bye, Williams recorded 3.5 sacks,...
Bills C Eric Wood Has Torn MCL
Buffalo Bills center Eric Wood has suffered a partially-torn medial collateral ligament.
No surgery will be necessary to repair the damage, but Wood said he expected to miss the next two games. He sustained the injury during Sunday's 34-18 win over Jacksonville.
"Could be (back) as soon as two weeks, it could end the season...it's unbelievable," Wood said on...

The Bills released veteran LB Kirk Morrison on Monday. The 30-year-old had not played in a game this season.

Rams-Bills Preview
After rough stretches, the Buffalo Bills and St. Louis Rams are back in the playoff conversation.
That could change for one of them Sunday at Ralph Wilson Stadium.
After splitting their first six games and being tied for the AFC East lead, the Bills dropped three in a row. Buffalo, though, has won two of three to improve to 5-7 and is tied with Miami and the Jets, with all three...

Bills' defensive line prepping for Kelsay-less late-season run
The Buffalo Bills' heated-up defensive line looks to build on its recent success without a key piece of its front -- defensive end Chris Kelsay. Kelsay re-aggravated a neck injury last weekend that he first initially acquired a month ago in practice. After trying to play through the ailment that kept him out for two weeks, the Bills were forced to place the 10-year pro on the...
Stop It
(Author's note: I came up with the general theme and "Stop it." idea halfway through writing this. Hence why it seems a bit disorganized. Still in better shape than the Bills, I think.)
Hey everybody! Did you miss me?
*crickets*
Ok then. Well if anybody even knows/remembers who the hell I am, I have not written for Buffalo Wins for a long time because of...
