Denver Broncos owner Pat Bowlen isn’t over the heartbreak of losing in the divisional round against the Baltimore Ravens. Bowlen no longer plays a major role in the Broncos' decision making; VP and CEO John Elway, and President Joe Ellis now have that control.
However, that doesn’t stop Bowlen from experiencing the high and lows of the NFL, and this past weekend was a low for him:
"I'm still ticked off. I'll be ticked off for a month. They're tough to get over. Especially when you're in that position and you have that opportunity," according to Mike Klis of the Denver Post.
"All of the above, right here," Bowlen said as he pointed to his chest. "I understand that. I can understand why the fans feel that way, because I feel that way. We had a very good football team. The disappointing thing is we didn't get to the final game."
