So Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas dressed up as a replacement referee for Halloween, and somehow I’m not the least bit impressed. The NFL just finished up week 8 and the replacement officials haven’t been seen or heard from since week 3, which makes this costume rather lame. Now, had he worn the outfit and added a Home Depot apron or something, then maybe Thomas would have had something going on. Otherwise I give this outfit an F- for creativity.

Over the past seven games, the Denver Broncos have fumbled the football 11 times (5th-most in the NFL), losing 10 of those fumbles (2nd-most). Although the offense has been on fire in recent weeks, its Achilles’ heel has been ball security.
From quarterback, to receivers, to running backs, all of Denver’s main skill players have been plagued by the fumble...
Brandon Stokely was brought in to provide veteran leadership in Denver. His Broncos teammates, specifically Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker, are learning that he takes his role seriously.

These Champ Bailey fans held up signs during the Broncos victory over the Saints on Sunday Night Football showing their love of Bailey. The daughter’s sign went as far as to plead for her mom and Champ to have an affair. “CHAMP MY MOM Will Leave MY DAD 4 U.”
Poor dad. That dude is probably working double shifts to try and pay for these tickets for his wife and daughter and...

One of the biggest stories in the NFL offseason was where Peyton Manning would land and whether or not he could return to his playing form after his neck injury. He landed with the Denver Broncos and any questions about his playing ability have been answered loud and clear. Peyton Manning is fine and he has the Denver Broncos prepared to make a march right into the NFL playoffs and...
The Denver Broncos are relieved Peyton Manning wasn't seriously injured on a hard hit by New Orleans Saints defensive end Martez Wilson.
The Broncos are expected to have the NFL look at the play from Sunday night's game in which Manning banged his right thumb on Wilson's helmet just before the crown of that helmet hit the quarterback in the chin.
Although no flag was...
The Denver Broncos can ill-afford an injury to Peyton Manning. And Peyton Manning surely doesn't want to be sidelined again after missing time due to his surgically repaired neck. Fortunately, his thumb is doing alright after being struck by the helmet of New Orleans Saints defensive end Martez Wilson.
According to a report released by the Associated Press, Manning&...

Due to Hurricane Sandy, the NFL announced on Monday that the Week 8 trading deadline will be moved from it’s originally scheduled Tuesday time frame to 4 p.m. ET on Thursday, Nov. 1. The hurricane has caused several East Coast teams—and the NFL’s New York-based league offices—to cancel Monday operations, which would make a Tuesday deadline tricky for a handful of teams...
If the Broncos and Colts play in the playoffs, line backer Dwight Freeney admitted he would like to hit Peyton Manning (Credit: AP Photo)
Since being drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in 2002, all line backer Dwight Freeney has known is Peyton Manning at quarterback. For the first time in his career, Freeney’s team is being led by a player not named Peyton Manning.
The Denver Broncos have surged into the AFC West lead as quickly as the Cincinnati Bengals have watched their promising start disappear.
It may not be a coincidence given the rise of Peyton Manning's play and the recent struggles of Andy Dalton.
Manning has never lost the Bengals, and his Broncos seek a third straight victory while dealing host Cincinnati a fourth consecutive...
