OXNARD, Calif. Jerry Jones, Tony Romo and Dez Bryant each spent time being interviewed by former Dallas Cowboys superstar receiver Michael Irvin on Wednesday. The Pro Football Hall of Famer was in town to talk to the Cowboys owner, quarterback and top wide receiver for segments on NFL Network. One of the questions Irvin asked Bryant was if the duo of he and Miles Austin is the best receiving combination in the NFL. "I feel like if we continue working the way we're working right now, we'll be one of the best," Bryant said before adjusting his answer and adding: "We are one of the best right now, we have the potential to be the best." As Irvin pointed out, Bryant and Austin's top competition is likely in Atlanta and New York. Atlanta's Julio Jones and Roddy White finished with a combined 2,549 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns last season. New York's Victor Cruz and Hakeem Nicks totaled 1,784 yards and 13 touchdowns. Bryant and Austin fini...

Michael Irvin Says He Wishes He Had Dez Bryant’s Talent

Michael Irvin is one of the top three receivers in the history of the game in my opinion. Irvin was strong, tough, vocal, and a born leader.  He worked day in and day out to be the best he could be for the Cowboys. Irvin might be the best wide receiver to wear the #88 in NFL and Cowboys history, but that could all soon change.  Dez Bryant is a beast, and a different type of athlete...
